New Art show and Open Reception  “A stroll through Texas parks and nature” by Hailey Herrera She has always enjoyed painting nature scenes in general. However, in recent years, her focus is the beauty of Texas in which she resides. Her husband and Hailey explored Texas state and regional parks before the lockdown due to her involvement in the Texas Park Project. They continue visiting parks after the lockdown to get some inspiration and breaks from working in her studio. This exhibition is a collection of paintings depicting Texas scenes and reflecting her appreciation of beauty in them. They are also scenes of an ever-changing view of nature. In some fashion, these captivating scenes may preserve for future generations an awareness of nature’s value and spur care of our natural surroundings. Art show continue until March 26, 2022
