New Art Show and Open Reception again at Degallery.
Vibrant paintings of Israeli artist Natasha Kanevski are full of energy and life, they call us all to celebrate this life, in spite of everything. Her latest love - acrylic impastos - are as much about texture as about color, they are basically sculptured paintings. Natasha was born in Belarus, most of her life lived in Israel, then in California, and now – in Texas, which allowed her to bring the best of all cultures into her art.

In this weekend workshop taught by artist Eric Theodore, we will dive into painting the human face from a live model. Eric will demonstrate and explain his process for painting lifelike portraits using oil paint, and will help guide you do the same with personalized instruction.
